The game
Abyssal is a single-player game for iPhone and iPad, distributed through the Apple App Store. It contains no purchases, no subscriptions, no user accounts, and no user-generated content.
License
You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to play Abyssal on Apple devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. All artwork, audio, code, and other content remain the property of the developer.
No warranty
Abyssal is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
Changes
These terms may be updated alongside future versions of the app; the date above will be revised when they are.
